About:
The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) is Canada's oldest and largest community mental health organization.
They are a federated charity, which means they are a group of organizations united by a common mission and brand. They work together to identify and address Canada's most pressing mental health issues.
Objective:
The objective of this project was to create an ad campaign for CMHA that reflected an important social issue. I decided to focus on the effects social media has on teen mental health. The slogan, “What’s your daily dose?” considers how frequently teens use social media and how excessive use can be detrimental.
